Welcome to Mayhem Baseball 12U

MADE FOR MAYHEM

A baseball coach wearing a white shirt and black cap directs young baseball players on the field, pointing with his right arm.

MISSION

STATEMENT

Our mission is to create a team culture where HARD WORK is expected, EFFORT is consistent and everyone takes PRIDE in doing things the right way. We’re big on development, playing the game the right way and showing up with a MINDSET to COMPETE every single day. The name “MAYHEM” means something to us. It represents the energy we bring, the pressure we apply and the way we compete. We may not always be the biggest or the flashiest team on the field, but we will always be the hardest working.

MEET
COACH AARON

Our goal as coaches is simple. Help these kids get better and love the game while doing it. We focus on development first. That means giving every player a chance to learn and grow. We want them to understand the game.

Winning is important but it will never come at the cost of long-term development. Our focus is on building a culture where hard work, discipline and consistent effort is the standard. As coaches, we will lead by example, coach with clarity and create an environment where players are not afraid to make mistakes.
